Joe is a Photographer and Cinematographer based in
London. Joe grew up in rural South West England and then attended film
school on the south coast. He spends most of the year shooting moving
image in Europe and the US, but has recently started to apply
this cinematic language to his photographic projects.
Recent projects include; Ice fishing on the Dnieper river, Ukraine. This ongoing project is about Ukrainian men who visit the Dnieper river in central Kiev to fish and drink Cognac, and find space for themselves.
