Ice Fishing Kiev
Personal project 2017.
Photographed in Eastern Europe 2017. The young men here were ice fishing, standing on the Dnieper River in Kiev.
The older men who have met them out on the ice, were teaching them how to place the bait and how to drill the holes in the ice.
They shared Cognac, bread with cheese and of course, they gave me some.
